Who processes your data

What data and why

• Inquiry form: your name, e-mail, company or website and the description of your project. I use them only to answer your inquiry and to prepare an offer (steps before a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To prepare a relevant reply I also look at publicly available information about your company.
• Visitor statistics: Google Analytics 4 measures how the website is used (pages, device, approximate location). It helps me improve the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Spam protection: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person.

Who else handles the data

The website and the inquiry database run on Google Cloud (Google Ireland Ltd.), the website is delivered through Cloudflare, statistics are processed by Google Analytics. Your data is not sold or passed on for marketing.

How long

Inquiries are kept for as long as we work together and then at most 3 years. Statistics are kept for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, object to processing or ask for it to be restricted. Write to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).
